Clients now paste survey reports into ChatGPT and send back what it finds: sections that disagree, wording left from the last report, another firm’s name in the liability clause. Every one costs a reissue and some trust.
Inside the platform
Reads the report against itself
Damp, roof, boiler, drainage and a dozen more elements are compared across every section, so a report cannot say two things about the same wall.
Catches the template
Another property’s address, postcode or client, another firm’s name or phone number, and liability wording carried over from the last job.
Valuation arithmetic
Figures in words against the number, comparables tables that do not add up, and CGT or probate valuations missing their retrospective date.
The surveyor decides
Every flag is marked fixed, not an issue or unsure. Nothing in the report changes on its own, which keeps the firm inside the RICS AI standard.
A paper trail for the PI insurer
Each report keeps a QA record of what was raised and who decided what, exportable as a PDF audit trail for any period.
A gate before the client
Inside SurveyStack, a report cannot be sent from the job until it has been checked and its high flags have a call.
